HEALTH COACH CONSULTANT SERVICES
HOW DOES IT WORK?

 You can contact me via email or phone and we set a time to talk to  discuss what your challenges are and what you want to accomplish in a initial "complimentary" 30 minute session.

After that time, you can book sessions with me via the phone or in person if you live in the Atlanta area.  I will request certain intake information to assess your current state of health.  I am not a doctor and will not overstep a medical protocol. The programs and regimes I create will not interfere with any medications you are taking now.  You can check in with your medical professional to get their opinion if you like at any time.

What I examine and will most likely begin to change are these areas:
1) Sleep habits
2) Water intake
3) Food choices
    - at home
    - snacks
    - eating out
    - parties
4) Nutritional supplements
5) Stress reduction
6) Cleansing
7) Alcohol
8) Exercise


Should we decide to work together, my fee structure is as follows.  When booking, you can choose which time frame will work best.  In the beginning, my clients usually need the hour sessions till the plan is implemented.  After our initial consultation, I can give you a clear framework of how much time we will need in the beginning.  We will set times to meet that fit your schedule and budget.  Once the regime is in full action, our coaching time will be less frequent.   Once a week or every 2 weeks is good for checking in and updating changes.  After a short time, you will be on your own and know exactly what is best for you.

$80 for 30 minutes
$150 for an hour

All appointments are prepaid and there are package prices available.If you need to change an appointment, 24 hr notice is required and you will not be charged.  If a change is made less than 24 hours, then you will be charged the full amount.

What most of us are seeking these days is a healthier lifestyle.  There are too many critical diseases that are popping up in people in their 20's, 30's and 40's when that age should not be experiencing debilitating illnesses.  Even in our younger children in grade school, we are seeing an alarming increase in cancers, diabetes, ADD, asthma and obesity.  Chronic diseases are the epidemic of our generation and people desperately need nutrition and lifestyle guidance to find their way back to health.

It is time to start making healthier choices for you and your family in what is consumed.  The quality of food you buy, the consumption of sugar, soft drinks, fast foods, potato chips, packaged & frozen food and fried foods are triggering terrible reactions in our bodies. All food is NOT created equal.

BALANCE is important and while you hear many perspectives on what to eat and what not eat, one thing is for sure, you do need to make some changes.  If you begin slow, and do a few little things each week, before you know it, you will have a healthier lifestyle.  No one is going to eat a perfect diet.  However, YOU can make better choices once you get the basics down on what is going to work best for your particular system. 

And while doctors are doing the best they know how, the truth is that they are Not educated in natural more holistic ways to take care of your health.  They basically know drugs, meds and surgery.  The good news is that more and more doctors are opening up and educating themselves to understand through dietary changes and certain nutritional supplementation, many health conditions can be reversed.

Certainly there are some basic foundational protocols that lay the groundwork for building a more vibrant and healthier lifestyle.  We will design a regime for your body that will bring very noticeable benefits and results almost immediately.
When I consult with you, I investigate various areas of your life.  We  discuss and set both short and long term goals, action plans, chart progress in goal attainment, and develop strategies to utilize your strengths most effectively.  A fun and simple program is implemented that fits easily into your hectic schedule.  Your win is my win and  together we can maximize your potential to achieve your desired outcomes.
